We not only have a big week in the heavens, but a week where the two sides of the heavens are competing with each other. Fortunately, this is unlikely to be a challenge, because unlike some of your cosmic mates, for you these are easy areas of your chart. In one corner you have the Sun and Jupiter, who are moving towards an alignment in a playful and creative part of your chart that will peak on Tuesday. Even the Moon, who has just spent the weekend in your sector of adventure, travel, learning and discovery has helped to power up the playful, creative and adventurous side of life’s fence. In the other corner, you have Pluto and the asteroid Juno in your sector of friendship, teamwork and networking, where Wednesday’s Full Moon is going to energise things socially. Adding to this is a shift in the lunar nodes, which will see the South Node return to a playful and creative part of your chart and the North Node to your friendship sector on Monday, where they will remain until March 2028. Thrown in for good measure and adding to a need for balance is that the week also gets off to a positive start on the income, work and career fronts.

Either by cosmic design or ironic coincidence, the Moon not only returns to an adventurous part of your chart on Monday, but just as Venus moves into her last full week in a playful and creative part. What makes the timing significant is not that this is going to power up the playful, creative and adventurous side of life’s fence just as you move into the new working week, but just as the lunar nodes begin their 20 month policing of your work/life balance on Monday. Even if the lunar nodes hadn’t shifted, in the heart of the Sun’s first full week in your home and family sector, the Moon’s return to your career sector on Wednesday was going to see them clash as a Full Moon that was going to put your work/life balance to the test. This is something that will always happen during the Sun’s month long visit but this time, just as there is a major powering up on both sides of life’s fence. The Moon will only be in an adventurous part of your chart until Wednesday but will be here as you transition into a chapter where your work/life balance is set to become a lot more important.

While the Moon will have left your relationship sector by the time you move into the new week, not before spending the Sun’s first weekend in your communication sector clashed with all three planets in Gemini. As well as leaving you more emotionally and intuitively engaged and aware, a lot more aware of what you want from your relationships and what they need from you and with the communication lines open. Meanwhile, it is on Monday that for the first time we will experience a shift in the lunar nodes and for you, this will be a win/win. As the South Node leaves your home and family sector and the North Node leaves your career sector, this will end their 18 month policing of your work/life balance, while leaving you with a sense of professional direction and guardrails that you get to choose when and where to use. In the meantime, as the North Node returns to an adventurous part of your chart and the South Node joins the Sun and Mercury in your communication sector, the lunar nodes will then become more focused on a balance between embracing a sense of adventure and overthinking things.

The lunar nodes are not only on the move this week, but always in opposition, they are each siding with a different side of the financial fence just as they are both already powering up at the same time. It is on Monday that the South Node will join the Sun and Jupiter in your income sector, just as they are moving towards and alignment that will peak on Wednesday and the North Node will join Juno and Pluto in your financial sector, ahead of Wednesday’s Full Moon here. While the Sun’s return to your income sector last week is the point in each year when the solar spotlight will always shift onto the income side of the financial fence, less than a month into Jupiter’s 13 month quest for job growth and expansion, with the support of all three planets in your career sector and with the Moon having just spent the weekend in your work sector. While on the other side of the financial fence Pluto, the planet of change and transformation’s mission to see you take your financial power back has also been gaining momentum, the lunar nodes’ return to your two money houses will put guardrails in place that will help you manage a balance between money coming in and money going out.

The lunar nodes are on the move on Monday and while they are permanently in opposition and will continue to keep each other in check, the playing field will change. After 18 months policing a balance between money coming in and money going out, the lunar nodes will leave your two money houses on Monday. However, at the same time that the North Node’s departure from your financial sector will leave you with a sense of financial direction that you can continue to rely on, the South Node’s departure from your income sector will take the brakes off, just as in her last full week here, Venus is working to move things forward. Having the Moon in your work sector from Monday to Wednesday will help with that. Meanwhile, this will see the South Node return to Leo just as you have moved into the first full week of your birthday month and new solar year and the North Node into your relationship sector, ahead of Wednesday’s Full Moon. This will begin a new 20 month policing of a balance between your own and your relationship needs, just as there is major support on both sides.

Because the lunar nodes are always in opposition, they are constantly keeping each other in check and in the process, act as guardians of a need for balance. That means that when after 18 months, the lunar nodes shift on Monday that won’t change, but the playing field will. Having returned in January 2025, when the South Node leaves Virgo and the North Node your relationship sector on Monday, this will end their 18 month policing of a balance between your own and your relationship needs. This is something that both you and your relationships can continue to benefit from, while the lunar nodes shift their focus on a balance between knowing when to keep your work hat on and when to take it off. This is something that you are already likely to be familiar with and with things powering up on the job and career fronts and the year showing no sign of becoming any less busy, the timing couldn’t be better. While something we will all experience, for you this brings to an end what has been a more challenging placement to one that will be a lot easier and more rewarding to manage. It is on Monday that after 18 months the lunar nodes will end their 18 month policing of how well you know when to keep your work hat on and when to take it off and the timing couldn’t be better. In between the Sun’s departure from your career sector last week and Mars’ return in two weeks, in his first full week in direct motion and barely moving, Mercury is giving you a chance to pause. Meanwhile, the lunar nodes are always going to be in opposition and will always police a need for balance, the focus shifts to a balance between a growing focus on the fun, playful, romantic and creative side of life’s fence and an equally strong powering up of the side of life’s fence where it is more about social responsibility. This also comes just as the Sun is not only moving into his first full week in your sector of adventure, travel, learning and discovery days away from an alignment with Jupiter that will peak on Wednesday, but at a friendly aspect to Neptune, in retrograde motion in a playful and creative part of your chart. With Saturn’s retrograde turn on Monday putting all three planets there in retrograde motion, this is doing more than just powering up the playful, creative and adventurous side of life’s fence. However, the lunar nodes are still going to work to keep things balanced but are shifting to a balance between being spontaneous and also having your feet on the ground.

On both sides of the financial fence, there is not only a major powering up this week, but as if on cue, just as the lunar nodes return to your two money houses on Monday, where they will spend the next 20 months policing a balance between money coming in and money going out. While the Sun’s return to your financial sector last week is the point in each year when the solar spotlight will always shift onto your financial situation and money matters, for the first time in 11 years to find Jupiter, the planet of luck and expansion here and his quest for financial growth and expansion already underway. At the same time, even before the Moon returns to your income sector on Wednesday as a Full Moon, not only are Pluto and the asteroid Juno working to change things up, but with the help of the three planets in your work sector. While since they returned to your financial sector in June, Venus and Jupiter have both clashed with the planets in your income sector and the Sun will do the same this week, these were short and sharp clashes, while the lunar nodes are a more subtle influence that will quietly help to keep things balanced.

In the meantime, this will see the North Node return to Aquarius and the South Node not only return to your relationship sector, but just as the Sun is moving into his first full week there. As much as the lunar nodes are on the move this week and this will result in some significant shifts, in a way that will be a win/win on several fronts. When the North Node leaves Pisces and the South Node your relationship sector on Monday, this will end their 18 month policing of a balance between your own and your relationship needs. However, as well as taking the pressure off you and your relationships, not before leaving you with a sense of personal direction and a chance to move into Venus’ last full week in your relationship sector with a better sense of what you want from your relationships and what they need from you. This will see the lunar nodes shift to focusing on monitoring how well you know when to keep your work hat on and when to take it off, just as the week not only gets off to a powerful start on the income, work and career fronts, but the Sun and Jupiter are putting their combined weight into moving things forward on the job front or whatever it is that keeps you busy and occupies your time.
