	Aries	Monday 10 August 2026	Mar 21 - Apr 19
The stars are dialling up a busy week in the heavens, with three planetary shifts and a total solar eclipse by Thursday shaking things up on a number of fronts. From Venus’ departure from your work sector and return to your relationship sector last Friday, within the space of six days all of the faster planets will be in a different position from where they have been. To all shift within such a short space of time means that they will stay there for a while, letting things settle. The next to move is on Monday, when after two months Mercury will leave your home and family sector and return to a playful and creative part of your chart in time for the Moon’s return on Tuesday to begin the lead up to a total solar eclipse here midweek. This is the same day that leaving your communication sector, Mars will leave, ending his war on communication roadblocks and barriers and returning to take over from where Mercury left off the day before. The dwarf planet Ceres will stay on until joining Mars in your home and family sector on Thursday and in between, the asteroid Juno, the queen of commitment will retrograde back into your career sector on Wednesday for a do over.

	Taurus	Monday 10 August 2026	Apr 20 - May 20
It is on opposite sides of the sky that we have an active week in the heavens and in the process, this will bring home the importance of the impact from a shift in the lunar nodes two weeks ago. On the one hand, the North Node’s return to your career sector and the South Node’s to your home and family sector began a 20 month policing of your work/life balance, while having real world implications on both sides of life’s fence. As Venus settles into her first full day in your work sector and as Mars gets ready to leave your income sector on Tuesday and the dwarf planet Ceres on Thursday, they are drawing on the North Node’s sense of professional direction. On the other hand, having the South Node in your home and family sector means that as the Moon returns on Tuesday, this won’t just begin the lead up to a New Moon midweek, but will turn this into a total solar eclipse. Mercury’s return on Monday will be a chance to have your head in the game and the communication lines open moving into what will be the most powerful New Moon of 2026.

While this is a busy week in the heavens, most of it will be happening in the first four days of the week, making it important to buckle up for the ride and especially as this will be drawing your attention to both sides of life’s fence at the same time. While the asteroid Juno, the queen of commitment will retrograde back out of an adventurous part of your chart on Wednesday, by the time Venus moves into her first full week in a playful and creative part, they have already spent the weekend at a friendly aspect and she will be teaming up with Pluto there. Meanwhile, it is during Mars’ first full day in Gemini and while he is looking for something to channel his warrior and competitive spirit into that Mercury, the planet of communication won’t just return to your communication sector, but ahead of the Moon’s return on Tuesday and the lead up to a powerful eclipsing New Moon. By then, Mars will be returning to your income sector to begin his first war on income roadblocks and barriers in two years.

This is a milestone point in any year, because a New Moon is all about new beginnings, the point where you get to commit to your new solar year, the future and the journey ahead. The difference when the Moon returns on Tuesday is the lunar nodes. Since their return two weeks ago, their focus on monitoring a balance between your own and your relationship needs has been clear, something that in her first full week in your communication sector Venus, the planet of love is helping with. While a chance to review the desires, hopes and aspirations Venus left you with, this may cause a rethink and especially when it comes to the playful, creative and adventurous side of life’s fence. While when Venus left, Chiron had just turned retrograde in an adventurous part of your chart and the Moon was just leaving, by the time the Moon returns on Thursday, the asteroid Juno, the queen of commitment will be settling into her first full day back in a playful and creative part. This comes just as professionally, there is a chance to take your foot off the gas.

	Libra	Monday 10 August 2026	Sep 23 - Oct 23
In just the first four days of the week, there will be four cosmic shifts and a total solar eclipse, making this a week where you might need to buckle up. In all cases these aren’t major shifts that are going to change the dynamics of the year itself, though events in the first four hours of the week will have a significant impact professionally. On face value, beginning the week with the Moon in your career sector and as after two months, Mercury leaves, is a chance to move into the new working week with your professional instincts sharp and head in the game, but with both gone by Tuesday that should be the end of the story. Instead, it is just before it leaves that Mars will return to fire things up and usher in a whole new chapter, with the Moon able to act as a bridge between the two. There is a timely and auspicious passing of the reins on the relationship front that is so perfect that it smacks of divine intervention. On 1st June Mercury, the planet of communication returned for what is normally a 14 to 15 day visit to your relationship sector, giving him just enough time to do what he does best. It begins on Tuesday, when after six weeks in a playful and creative part of your chart, Mars leaves and returns to your work sector where, whether on the job front or with whatever it is that keeps you busy and occupies your time, he will kick off some of the busiest seven weeks of the year. A day after Mercury’s departure should have brought all planetary activity here to a close, Mars not only returns but as things take a busier turn, this will give him something to fight for.
